Return Process

  Ensure your skates or hardware are in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment or download a digital copy from our website to include in your package.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your items in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit; please do not apply shipping labels directly to the product box.

  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a tracked courier service to our warehouse address and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
